The Clan

 

Valabarb™ was established on the 27th January 2016, together with my 2 cousins & university course mate. The clan was forged with the idea to provide a home for all mature clashers who would like a relaxing environment to war without worrying about consistent 3 starring opponents or be kicked mentality that comes with many top war competitive clans. The clan's motto is to have fun, and still have time for yourself, family and friends. We don't aim to be the top war clan, but neither do we like losing wars, so we always give it our best! We strive to always be active and constantly looking out for like minded clashers to join us.

Over the course of the past few months, leadership have changed, with my cousins not being as active, thus being dropped from the leadership positions. However, others who have joined as strangers and have become part of an online family have risen to the challenge and the clan is now run by a group of members. With promotions of Co-Leaders and Elders happening throughout the months, just evidence of rewarding loyalty and camaraderie.

The clan is made up of adults, with the exception of families (Father & son, nephews, cousins, brother-in-law, etc), it is therefore a clean chat clan and we're not interested in non-sensical fights or silly arguments. We believe as well that clashing with friends is more enjoyable than clashing alone, so we strongly support friends of friends to join together to make it a much more positive experience. We also come from all over the world: South East Asia, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, etc.

The Leader

 

I'm 29 years of age and soon to graduate Veterinarian. I'm from South East Asia, Singapore, but currently residing in Glasgow, Scotland. I've been playing Clash of Clans about 2 years and a half and have finally decided to start my own clan. I've been in 2 clans throughout my journey. I have real life friends in both clans. However, in the 1st clan, most of the members have either gone inactive or doesn't like to war. In the 2nd clan, the members do not speak english, and that's a barrier for me. It makes the game less social. However, these 2 previous clans have now gone inactive, and I'm glad to have welcomed back my former, still active clans mates, to carry on clashing in this clan now. 

I'm personally very active in the game with troop donations upwards of 145,000 and resources grab upwards of 1.7 billion (Gold), 1.7 billion (Elixir) & 8 million (Dark Elixir). I'm a townhall 11 with maxed BK, AQ & GW, along with maxed walls, except for the new 25 walls which I'm working on. I love helping others out in terms of advice and attacking styles if asked, and the type of clasher that sat down to watch the live stream of all the clashes (Nordic Clash, Korean Clash, ClashCon, etc).
